The former part of ZOZEN SZL coal fired boiler body is surrounded by membrane wall, its upper part connects with boiler drum and lower part connects with header, which forms a combustion chamber to absorb the radiated heat from furnace there are dense convection tube bundles between the back side of upper and lower drum, the high temperature smoke enters a separate economizer after flushing heat absorbing surface then discharge from chimney.

Steam boilers are used to provide steam in bleaching, concentration, drying and other production process of paper industry. Thai Development Industrial Paper Co. , Ltd. is one of large paper mill in Thailand. With the expansion of business and scale, the paper mill had to introduce extra sets of coal-fired steam boilers. ZOZEN supplied 15tph SZL series chain grate steam boilers for the company. This series of steam boiler features wide wide coal applicability and higher combustion efficiency.

250bhp wood fired steam boiler, ZOZEN SZS series boiler body is designed with D-type chamber combustion structure. The furnace is on right side and the convection heating surface is on left side. The membrane type structure is adopted for the circumference of the furnace body, the wall between the furnace and the convection zone, the front and rear walls of boilers body. The furnace pressure is designed to be greater than 6000Pa.

The advanced automatic welding equipment completes the automatic welding of longitudinal and circular seams under the tracking of the photoelectric system, which not only improves the efficiency but also effectively guarantees the welding quality.
