Jindal Group is a world-renowned manufacturer and supplier of steel pipe products and fittings. It uses the thermal oil as a heat medium and uses a hot oil circulation pump to force the medium to circulate in the liquid phase. After transferring the thermal energy to the heating equipment, the thermal oil returns to the furnace to be reheated. With the feature of low-pressure and high-temperature heating, the thermal oil heater has wide applications. The grate bracket adopts double brackets, the lower channel steel, the upper light rail, the upper heat, the lower force, which has changed the structure of the traditional grate bracket angle steel plus friction bar, the grate bracket is not deformed. The active stoker is operated on the light rail and it is tested in the cold state for 48 hours before leaving the factory. Never run sideways, stuck, which ensure the smooth operation of the stoker.

The longitudinal and circumferential seam welding of ZOZEN adopts advanced submerged arc automatic welding technology to ensure the welding quality. All longitudinal and circumferential seams are subjected to 100% radiographic inspection, huge boiler size design.
