ZOZEN’s circulating fluidized bed combustion (CFBC) technology is a new and mature coal cleaning technology with high efficiency and low pollution. The circulating fluidized bed belongs to low-temperature combustion, so it effectively reduces the generation of nitrogen oxides (NOx, only about 100mg/Nm3) and realizes direct desulfurization during the combustion process with high desulfurization efficiency. This kind of boiler has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency (89%), large load adjustment range, fast load adjustment speed, low failure rate and long operation cycle.

With thermal efficiency over 82% and NOx emissions less than 100mg/Nm3, ZOZEN DZL series boilers feature high efficiency and low emissions. They adopt single-drum structure and a chain grate. The heat transfer coefficient of threaded smoke tubes is 1.8 times higher than ordinary tubes. In order to expand the capacity, PT. New Hope Indonesia introduced ZOZEN DZL series coal-fired steam boiler to provide efficient and reliable heat source guarantee for feed production. 

ZOZEN’s SZL series chain grate boiler has an independent water circulation system to ensure the safety and reliability of boiler’s water circulation. ZOZEN also designs independent water circulation systems in structure. The water circulation structure is simple and the division of water supply work is clear, which ensures that the cross-sectional area ratio of downcomer to riser is larger than 0.4 in order to ensure the safety of boiler’s water circulation under the premise that the water quality meets the GB standards, hamworthy boiler.

This is a membrane wall production line of ZOZEN Boiler. All the membrane walls inside the boiler are produced from here. The steel pipes pass through the polishing equipment and are reduced to the original metal color. Then they will enter the large-scale automatic welding station together with the flat steels that are cut beforehand. This welding station is as high as 4.6 meters with a covering area of 32 square meters. It is equipped with 16 welding guns which can complete the welding of 4 groups of membrane walls at the same time. The welding speed and precision are at the leading level in the industry. Finally, the welded membrane walls are made into various shapes by the pipe arrangement machine, hamworthy boiler.
