The PLC automatic control system adopts advanced frequency conversion technology and fuzzy control technology to achieve high-efficiency and energy-saving operation by changing the gas volume of the boiler. After the automatic function is turned on, the controller can also automatically control the system according to the mode set by the user to ensure the safe and stable operation of the boiler.

ZOZEN’s SZL series chain grate boiler has an independent water circulation system to ensure the safety and reliability of boiler’s water circulation. ZOZEN also designs independent water circulation systems in structure. The water circulation structure is simple and the division of water supply work is clear, which ensures that the cross-sectional area ratio of downcomer to riser is larger than 0.4 in order to ensure the safety of boiler’s water circulation under the premise that the water quality meets the GB standards, visions boiler.
