In July 2019, Kedi Medical Material decided to expand the production project of processing 8,000 tons of medical non-woven fabrics. As an important piece of equipment of the hot-rolled non-woven fabric production line, the performance of energy saving and high efficiency of gas-fired thermal oil heaters will directly affect the product quality and production efficiency of Kedi Medical Material. The grate bracket of ZOZEN’s chain grate boilers adopts double-layer structure. The lower layer uses channel steel and the upper layer uses light rail. The upper layer is heated and the lower layer is stressed. It changes the traditional grate bracket using angle steel and friction strips without  deformation. The active grate runs on the light rail with a 72-hour cold test run carried out before leaving the factory to ensure the smooth operation of grate without deviation or jamming.

ZOZEN thermal oil heater is equipped with a variety of waste heat recovery devices. The heat loss is reduced through the recovery and utilization of high temperature flue gas waste heat, and the overall thermal efficiency of the thermal oil heater is increased to more than 95%, which is better than the overall industry level, industrial boiler types.
