The thermal oil heater is also known as an organic heat carrier boiler. It uses the thermal oil as a heat medium and uses a hot oil circulation pump to force the medium to circulate in the liquid phase. After transferring the thermal energy to the heating equipment, the thermal oil returns to the furnace to be reheated. With the feature of low-pressure and high-temperature heating, the thermal oil heater has wide applications. ZOZEN has provided thermal oil heaters to many building material companies, such as Huayuan Mineral Wool Board, Ameisizhuang Mineral Wool Board, Shanghai High-New Science & Technology and etc.

The biomass-fired boilers produced by ZOZEN have wide fuel adaptability to a variety of fuels such as biomass pellets, wood chips, palm shells, straws, etc. According to different fuel characteristics, ZOZEN technicians optimize the design of feed hopper, width and length of grate, speed of grate reduction gears, ratio of primary and secondary air, position and direction of secondary air outlet to ensure the highly-efficient, energy-saving and stable operation of boiler, pellet steam boilers for heating.

During the production process, the CNC cutting rate of ZOZEN has reached more than 80%, which provides a strong guarantee for the welding and assembly quality of the boiler.
