After completing the installation and commissioning the boiler will provide a stable heat source for the production line of Inversiones Goa 7 C.A, further enhancing the efficiency and overall competitiveness of the enterprise.

The SZS series oil-fired/gas-fired boiler proper adopts the D-type structure. One side is the furnace, and the other side is the convection heating surface. The partition walls around the furnace body, the partition wall between furnace and convection section, and the front and rear walls all adopt the membrane wall structure. There are foreign advanced burner, economizer and condenser installed at the end of flue gas duct, which can lower the exhaust gas temperature to 60℃, achieve the thermal efficiency of over 98% and control the emission of NOx to less than 30mg/Nm3. This kind of boiler has the characteristics of energy saving and environmental protection, safety and efficiency, simple operation and maintenance, and fully automatic control system which can realize unattended operation.

Nantong Kedi Medical Material Technology Co., Ltd. is engaged in the research, development and production of products such as medical non-woven fabrics, dressings, wound care materials, surgical sanitary products, etc. The products are very popular in the market. In July 2019, Kedi Medical Material decided to expand the production project of processing 8,000 tons of medical non-woven fabrics. As an important piece of equipment of the hot-rolled non-woven fabric production line, the performance of energy saving and high efficiency of gas-fired thermal oil heaters will directly affect the product quality and production efficiency of Kedi Medical Material. With advanced production technologies, scientific testing methods and considerate after-sale service, ZOZEN provided Kedi Medical Material with the YQW series horizontal thermal oil heaters.

The main advantage of ZOZEN’s circulating fluidized bed boiler lies in the direct control of pollutant emission during the combustion process. This type of boiler adopts low-temperature combustion technology. The temperature of normal boiler furnace is as high as 1400-1500°C during combustion, while that of circulating fluidized bed boiler furnace is within a lower temperature range of 800-900°C, which reduces the production of nitrogen oxides (NOx); meanwhile, by adding low-cost limestone to circulating fluidized bed boiler, sulfide (SOx) can be removed during fuel’s combustion.

Starting from the steel sheet blanking, every key process of ZOZEN adopts advanced CNC processing technology, which ensures the quality of the boiler and shortens the delivery time. Efficient automated production lines, sufficient raw material stocking, and scientific 6S on-site management ensure that multiple SZS series gas-fired hot water boilers are delivered with high quality within the agreed time, heavy oil or light oil fired steam boiler.
