The SZS series oil-fired/gas-fired boiler proper adopts the D-type structure. One side is the furnace, and the other side is the convection heating surface. The partition walls around the furnace body, the partition wall between furnace and convection section, and the front and rear walls all adopt the membrane wall structure. There are foreign advanced burner, economizer and condenser installed at the end of flue gas duct, which can lower the exhaust gas temperature to 60℃, achieve the thermal efficiency of over 98% and control the emission of NOx to less than 30mg/Nm3. It can provide high-temperature heat source at various temperatures below 350℃, suitable for various production processes such as dyeing, drying, slashing and printing which require high-temperature and low-pressure heating supply. The YLW series boiler also can realize the precise temperature control via advanced oil temperature and pressure control system to greatly improve the heat energy utilization rate. Recently, Kay & Emms has decided to upgrade the production equipment and signed a cooperative agreement with ZOZEN on the YLW series coal-fired thermal oil heater project.

The biomass-fired boilers produced by ZOZEN have wide fuel adaptability to a variety of fuels such as biomass pellets, wood chips, palm shells, straws, etc. According to different fuel characteristics, ZOZEN technicians optimize the design of feed hopper, width and length of grate, speed of grate reduction gears, ratio of primary and secondary air, position and direction of secondary air outlet to ensure the highly-efficient, energy-saving and stable operation of boiler.

The cut steel plates after finishing three processes of rust removing, edge milling and chamfering will be rolled into workpieces for making drums by this advanced four-axis rolling machine. ZOZEN’s CNC rolling machine can complete the rolling of a drum shell within 90 seconds with a largest thickness of 100mm, an out-of-roundness and angular deviation within 1mm. Its advantages include the predeformation and cylindrical rolling of two plate ends via one-time load, arc work, shaping and leveling work on the sheet metal. It has the effects of direct pre-bending, saving time and materials to ensure the smooth progress of next welding process and further ensure the welding quality.
