ZOZEN biomass-fired boiler had a reasonable primary and secondary air ratio and the SNCR intelligent denitrification device at the boiler end, which could ensure that the NOx emission concentration was less than 50mg/Nm3 to meet the environmental protection standards in Shandong Province, helping Huihao Textile realize the ultra-low NOx emission.

The main advantage of ZOZEN’s circulating fluidized bed boiler lies in the direct control of pollutant emission during the combustion process. This type of boiler adopts low-temperature combustion technology. The temperature of normal boiler furnace is as high as 1400-1500°C during combustion, while that of circulating fluidized bed boiler furnace is within a lower temperature range of 800-900°C, which reduces the production of nitrogen oxides (NOx); meanwhile, by adding low-cost limestone to circulating fluidized bed boiler, sulfide (SOx) can be removed during fuel’s combustion.
