On October 15, the SZL series steam boiler project which was the first cooperation between ZOZEN Boiler and Afghanistan Baheer Group officially started to supply steam. After 24 hours of test run of the boiler, ZOZEN steam boiler burned normally, the grate ran smoothly, and the alarm devices, pressure valves and other components were also working normally. From then on, ZOZEN steam boiler would become an important member of the company’s paper production line to provide the stable and efficient steam support, 3 tonne nuway steam boiler oil fired.

ZOZEN’s SZL series chain grate boiler has an independent water circulation system to ensure the safety and reliability of boiler’s water circulation. ZOZEN also designs independent water circulation systems in structure. The water circulation structure is simple and the division of water supply work is clear, which ensures that the cross-sectional area ratio of downcomer to riser is larger than 0.4 in order to ensure the safety of boiler’s water circulation under the premise that the water quality meets the GB standards.

ZOZEN is the first in China to adopt arched tube sheet and threaded smoke tube structure. Threaded smoke pipe is a high-efficiency heat transfer element researched by ZOZEN for many years. After continuous optimization, its heat transfer coefficient is 1.8 times higher than that of ordinary smoke pipe, which increases heat conduction.
