ZOZEN DZL series coal-fired steam boiler has sufficient output and high thermal efficiency. The boiler is packaged with a compact structure, so it has relatively low construction costs. The boiler is a horizontal three-pass water and fire tube chain grate boiler. In the single drum with a longitudinal layout, threaded smoke tubes from the convection heating surface, while the boiler drum and water-cooled walls on both sides form the radiation heating surface in the furnace. The boiler thermal efficiency can reach 82% and above.

With thermal efficiency over 82% and NOx emissions less than 100mg/Nm3, ZOZEN DZL series boilers feature high efficiency and low emissions. They adopt single-drum structure and a chain grate.
