The furnace temperature of a conventional boiler is as high as 1400-1500°C during combustion, while the furnace temperature of a circulating fluidized bed boiler is in the lower range of 800-900°C, which can reduce the generation of NOx; meanwhile, SOx can be removed during fuel combustion by adding low-cost limestone in the circulating fluidized bed boiler.

The welding of the smoke tube and tube sheet adopts pre-expansion first to eliminate the gap between the tube and tube sheet, and then adopts the automatic argon arc welding technology, which can effectively eliminate the stress and extend the service life of the boiler.
