The SZL series coal-fired steam boiler is safe and efficient with a thermal efficiency of over 82%. It is one of ZOZEN’s patented products. This product is composed of upper and lower parts. The upper part is the heating surface of the body while the lower part is the combustion equipment. The capacity is 4-35 tph. It is a horizontal double drum longitudinal chain grate boiler.It has the characteristics of wide coal adaptability, small covering area, convenient installation and high thermal efficiency.

The project leader of Baheer Group in Afghanistan attached great importance to this project. He checked on-site for many times, so he saw and remembered engineer Hao’s work attitude. Out of the recognition of ZOZEN technology, the project manager temporarily decided to hand over the production of boiler’s flue gas and air ducts to ZOZEN Boiler. The grate bracket of ZOZEN’s chain grate boilers adopts double-layer structure. The lower layer uses channel steel and the upper layer uses light rail. The upper layer is heated and the lower layer is stressed. It changes the traditional grate bracket using angle steel and friction strips without  deformation. The active grate runs on the light rail with a 72-hour cold test run carried out before leaving the factory to ensure the smooth operation of grate without deviation or jamming, double coil horizontal thermal oil boiler.

In order to ensure the accurate air distribution of biomass fired boilers, the production department of ZOZEN pays great attention to the first step in boiler manufacturing. The steel plate is cut by American Pegasus underwater plasma cutting, whose processing accuracy can be controlled within 1 mm.
