After 24 hours of test run of the boiler, ZOZEN steam boiler burned normally, the grate ran smoothly, and the alarm devices, pressure valves and other components were also working normally. From then on, ZOZEN steam boiler would become an important member of the company’s paper production line to provide the stable and efficient steam support.

It is a kind of straight-flow special industrial boiler that uses a molten salt circulating pump to force liquid phase circulation, transfer the heat energy to heating equipment and then return to the boiler for further heating circulation. It is highly-efficient and energy-saving with a thermal efficiency of over 95%, and it also can obtain an ultra-high working temperature of 350-580℃ under a lower operating pressure.
