In June of 2020, according to the development strategy of overseas market, ZOZEN Boiler made a in-depth communication and negotiation with ESCOM in Mexico and two sides reached an agreement on the cooperation details, fire gas hot water boiler.

ZOZEN DHL series coal-fired boiler is field assembled and has an external drum, which has the advantages of compact structure, low steel consumption, and fast heating of the corner tube boiler. It also adopts the front and rear arch covering furnace structure to build the refractory concrete  in the lower section of the front wall of the furnace. The front arch is the fire arch, while the rear arch is the ignition arch, fire gas hot water boiler.

Recently, ZOZEN successfully became the boiler supplier of the textile giant in Pakistan Kay & Emms (Pvt) Ltd and provided 5 million cal YLW series coal fired chain grate thermal oil heater for the company. The oil heater can provide high-temperature heat source at various temperatures below 350℃, achieving low-pressure and high-temperature heating for the processes of dyeing, drying, slashing, printing and dyeing, etc.

ZOZEN’s SZL series chain grate boiler has an independent water circulation system to ensure the safety and reliability of boiler’s water circulation. ZOZEN also designs independent water circulation systems in structure. The water circulation structure is simple and the division of water supply work is clear, which ensures that the cross-sectional area ratio of downcomer to riser is larger than 0.4 in order to ensure the safety of boiler’s water circulation under the premise that the water quality meets the GB standards, fire gas hot water boiler.

The waveform stove furnace is an important part of the WNS series of oil-fired/gas-fired boiler. This part is directly exposed to the radiation of high-temperature flame and erosion of high-temperature flue gas. The use of the axial expansion and contraction of waveform stove furnace can reduce the thermal stress generated by the shell, tube plate and furnace itself, and more importantly, reduce the stress concentration caused by the elongation of furnace at the connection between furnace and tube plate. At the same time, the waveform stove furnace strengthens the flue gas disturbance, effectively improves the heat transfer effect of unit area and volume, and further improves the thermal efficiency of boiler.
