Passing the certificate renewal examination of Special Equipment Production Licence of the People’s Republic of China provides the qualification guarantee for ZOZEN’s participation in the whole product life circle of industrial boiler’s installation, maintenance and construction.

ZOZEN YLW series thermal oil heater is a kind of horizontal square-coil chain grate boiler. It is pre-assembled, so the chain grate and boiler proper are separated for shipment. The boiler adopts the chain grate for mechanical coal feeding, the forced and induced draft fans for mechanical ventilation and the slag discharger for mechanical slag discharge. During operation, the fuel falls from the coal hopper onto the grate for combustion. The high-temperature flue gas is reflected from the back arch to the front of the furnace and enters the furnace. After the radiant heat exchange, it enters the convective heating surface for convective heat exchange and then goes to the waste heat boiler, air preheater and dust collector. Finally, the flue gas is drawn by the induced draft fan through the chimney and is discharged into the atmosphere.

The biomass-fired boilers produced by ZOZEN have wide fuel adaptability to a variety of fuels such as biomass pellets, wood chips, palm shells, straws, etc. According to different fuel characteristics, ZOZEN technicians optimize the design of feed hopper, width and length of grate, speed of grate reduction gears, ratio of primary and secondary air, position and direction of secondary air outlet to ensure the highly-efficient, energy-saving and stable operation of boiler, gas condensing boiler flue.

ZOZEN Boiler has set up seven process stop points that are material re-inspection, material inspection number transfer, plate welding test, heat treatment, pre-expansion before welding, flaw detection inspection, hydrostatic test, which are inspected by seven responsible engineers. If any link is unqualified, it will not be able to proceed to the next process, which ensures that each ZOZEN boiler has the high quality, gas condensing boiler flue.

ZOZEN’s oil-fired/gas-fired skid-mounted steam boiler has obvious advantages of integrated skid-mounted delivery, compact structure and cost saving, which immediately attracted the attention and favor of the Myanmar Factory of Xindaxin Food after it came onto the market. ZOZEN had completed the customization of full set of skid-mounted boiler system to meet the actual requirements of the factory. After it is delivered to the boiler room of the Myanmar factory, it can run automatically with water, electricity and oil supply when the start button is pressed.
