4 ton natural gas fired boiler, ZOZEN DZL series coal-fired steam boilers are horizontal three-pass water-fire-tube chain grate boilers. Threaded smoke tubes are arranged in the drum to form a convection heating surface. The drum and the water-cooled walls on both sides form a furnace radiation heating surface.

The grate bracket of ZOZEN’s chain grate boilers adopts double-layer structure. The lower layer uses channel steel and the upper layer uses light rail. The upper layer is heated and the lower layer is stressed. It changes the traditional grate bracket using angle steel and friction strips without  deformation. The active grate runs on the light rail with a 72-hour cold test run carried out before leaving the factory to ensure the smooth operation of grate without deviation or jamming.

For more than 30 years, ZOZEN Boiler has always put the product quality in the first place. Under the strict quality management system, the relevant personnel of hydrostatic test strictly follows the Boiler Safety Technical Supervision Regulations. The working pressure and test pressure should be carefully implemented according to the drawings to ensure that each boiler hydrostatic test is successfully completed.
