The circulating fluidized bed belongs to low-temperature combustion, so it effectively reduces the generation of nitrogen oxides (NOx, only about 100mg/Nm3) and realizes direct desulfurization during the combustion process with high desulfurization efficiency. This kind of boiler has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency (89%), large load adjustment range, fast load adjustment speed, low failure rate and long operation cycle.

The furnace has large radiation area, small maintenance workload and light overall weight. In order to improve the coal applicability of industrial boilers, ZOZEN Boiler designs adiabatic furnace, water-cooled furnace, adiabatic arch, water-cooled arch, etc., and chooses different furnace structures according to calorific value, volatile content and coking characteristic index of coal provided by customers.

The waveform stove furnace is an important part of the WNS series of oil-fired/gas-fired boiler. This part is directly exposed to the radiation of high-temperature flame and erosion of high-temperature flue gas. The use of the axial expansion and contraction of waveform stove furnace can reduce the thermal stress generated by the shell, tube plate and furnace itself, and more importantly, reduce the stress concentration caused by the elongation of furnace at the connection between furnace and tube plate. At the same time, the waveform stove furnace strengthens the flue gas disturbance, effectively improves the heat transfer effect of unit area and volume, and further improves the thermal efficiency of boiler.

As one of the project cores, the gas-fired boiler with a rated pressure of 3.82 MPa and a rated steam temperature of 450°C is a mid-temperature and mid-pressure boiler, which puts forward high requirements for the manufacturer’s comprehensive strength.
