ZOZEN Boiler Lean Factory Standardization Project officially started orderly. To carry out the standardization work, ZOZEN Boiler with experts from the consulting project team organized a series of internal training courses for the administrative staff and relevant personnel to learn theoretical knowledge, deepen their concepts and master the methods about procedure and specification.

Recently, three sets of customized ZOZEN gas-fired boilers have been delivered after passing the quality tests. The boilers will enter the installation phase in late March when arriving at the UYUNI port.This project is located at the Uyuni Salt Flat, the largest salt flat in the world with the largest lithium reserves. Once the installation is completed, the boiler project will provide a reliable heat source for the new plant of YLB and assist the development and commercialization of salt-flat resources.

1 ton methanol steam boiler, The YQW series gas-fired organic heat carrier boiler adopts a three-pass round coil structure. The coil end adopts a necked coil which can effectively protect the furnace wall at the boiler end. It is equipped with the advanced combustion device and automatic boiler operation system. The flame formed by the fuel combustion fills the round coil and transfers the radiant heat via the coil wall, which is the first pass. The high-temperature flue gas generated by combustion gathers at the rear furnace door and turns into the second pass where is the convention tube bundles area. After the convection heat exchange, the flue gas gradually cools down and then turns into the third pass via the front furnace door where is the bundles area. Finally, the flue gas passes the economizer and is exhausted into the atmosphere via the chimney.
