100kg hr oil steam generator, The boiler proper of ZOZEN YLW series coal-fired thermal oil heater adopts an advanced structure to optimize the radiant heating surface and reduce the formation and emission of flue gas dust in the combustion chamber; in terms of furnace body insulation, ZOZEN Boiler uses high-quality insulation materials and special construction technology to reduce the heat loss as much as possible; and scientifically sets up an effective dust removal structure to facilitate the boiler maintenance, operation and cleaning.

ZOZEN circulating fluidized bed boiler adopts the low-temperature fluidized combustion technology, which is a new and mature clean technology with low pollution. The circulating fluidized bed boiler can realize low-NOx emission at no cost by itself and the direct desulfurization during the combustion process to solve the SO2 and NOx emission problems. The direct desulfurization in the furnace is relatively simple and lower in cost compared with the flue gas purification technology at the boiler end.

This is a membrane wall production line of ZOZEN Boiler. All the membrane walls inside the boiler are produced from here. The steel pipes pass through the polishing equipment and are reduced to the original metal color. Then they will enter the large-scale automatic welding station together with the flat steels that are cut beforehand. This welding station is as high as 4.6 meters with a covering area of 32 square meters. It is equipped with 16 welding guns which can complete the welding of 4 groups of membrane walls at the same time. The welding speed and precision are at the leading level in the industry. Finally, the welded membrane walls are made into various shapes by the pipe arrangement machine.

With thermal efficiency over 82% and NOx emissions less than 100mg/Nm3, ZOZEN DZL series boilers feature high efficiency and low emissions. They adopt single-drum structure and a chain grate. The heat transfer coefficient of threaded smoke tubes is 1.8 times higher than ordinary tubes. In order to expand the capacity, PT.
