On August 25 of 2020, Wuxi ZOZEN Boilers Co., Ltd. officially held the quality management mobilization meeting. The basic design department, research and development department, process improvement department, equipment department, production department, quality assurance department, purchasing department, material planning department, all workers at the production lines and related leadership attended the meeting, fired tube oil fired boiler.

Recently, three sets of customized ZOZEN gas-fired boilers have been delivered after passing the quality tests. The boilers will enter the installation phase in late March when arriving at the UYUNI port.This project is located at the Uyuni Salt Flat, the largest salt flat in the world with the largest lithium reserves. Once the installation is completed, the boiler project will provide a reliable heat source for the new plant of YLB and assist the development and commercialization of salt-flat resources, fired tube oil fired boiler.

The SZS series gas-fired steam boiler produced by ZOZEN Boiler adopts the D-type and full membrane wall structure. The large furnace space ensures the sufficient combustion of the fuel and has good gas tightness. Meanwhile, the furnace body is made of high-quality aluminum silicate fiber and refractory mud for insulation to control the furnace body temperature below 45℃ and control the heat loss; with the additional energy-saving device at the end of the flue gas duct, the boiler thermal efficiency can be improved to more than 98%.

This is a membrane wall production line of ZOZEN Boiler. All the membrane walls inside the boiler are produced from here. The steel pipes pass through the polishing equipment and are reduced to the original metal color. Then they will enter the large-scale automatic welding station together with the flat steels that are cut beforehand. This welding station is as high as 4.6 meters with a covering area of 32 square meters. It is equipped with 16 welding guns which can complete the welding of 4 groups of membrane walls at the same time. The welding speed and precision are at the leading level in the industry. Finally, the welded membrane walls are made into various shapes by the pipe arrangement machine, fired tube oil fired boiler.

Thai Development Industrial Paper Co. , Ltd. is one of large paper mill in Thailand. With the expansion of business and scale, the paper mill had to introduce extra sets of coal-fired steam boilers.
