On August 25 of 2020, Wuxi ZOZEN Boilers Co., Ltd. officially held the quality management mobilization meeting. The basic design department, research and development department, process improvement department, equipment department, production department, quality assurance department, purchasing department, material planning department, all workers at the production lines and related leadership attended the meeting.

On October 15, the SZL series steam boiler project which was the first cooperation between ZOZEN Boiler and Afghanistan Baheer Group officially started to supply steam. After 24 hours of test run of the boiler, ZOZEN steam boiler burned normally, the grate ran smoothly, and the alarm devices, pressure valves and other components were also working normally. From then on, ZOZEN steam boiler would become an important member of the company’s paper production line to provide the stable and efficient steam support, boiler and dryer for rice milling.

ZOZEN DZL series coal-fired steam boiler has sufficient output and high thermal efficiency. The boiler is packaged with a compact structure, so it has relatively low construction costs. The boiler is a horizontal three-pass water and fire tube chain grate boiler. In the single drum with a longitudinal layout, threaded smoke tubes from the convection heating surface, while the boiler drum and water-cooled walls on both sides form the radiation heating surface in the furnace. The three processes of grinding and rust removal, edge milling, and chamfering on vertical lathe can eliminate a large number of pores in the welding seams to ensure the welding quality.

The project leader of Baheer Group in Afghanistan attached great importance to this project. He checked on-site for many times, so he saw and remembered engineer Hao’s work attitude. Out of the recognition of ZOZEN technology, the project manager temporarily decided to hand over the production of boiler’s flue gas and air ducts to ZOZEN Boiler.
