The SZL series biomass-fired chain grate boiler is safe and efficient with a capacity of 4-35 tph (hot water boiler: 2.8-29MW) and a thermal efficiency of over 88%. By extending the furnace arch, increasing the furnace height and adjusting the width and length of grate, ZOZEN takes the lead in solving the problems that easily occur in biomass-fired boilers such as furnace arch collapse, furnace door burnout, hopper tempering and tube wall coking. It has the characteristics of wide fuel adaptability, small covering area, convenient installation and high thermal efficiency.

ZOZEN thermal oil heaters adopt the special technology to greatly reduce the on-site dewatering time to realize the high-efficiency heat transfer and stable output; it also adopts the advanced oil temperature and pressure control system to ensure the long-term and safe boiler operation.

Recently, Kay & Emms has decided to upgrade the production equipment and signed a cooperative agreement with ZOZEN on the YLW series coal-fired thermal oil heater project.
