2 TPH diesel and furnace oil boiler, ZOZEN WNS series boiler adopts the large-diameter corrugated furnace

ZOZEN WNS series low NOx hot water boilers for heating industry

On December 16, the owner and agents made a field visit of the informationalized plant of ZOZEN Boiler, and formally signed a purchasing contract with ZOZEN Boiler on the WNS series gas-fired hot water boilers, 2 TPH diesel and furnace oil boiler.

ZOZEN molten salt heaters use molten potassium nitrate and sodium nitrite as heating media. Molten salt heater will heat the powder salt over the melting point until the viscosity of the molten salt allows circulating pump works, after the whole system is under circulating condition, then feed then into the thermal fluid heater for further circulating rising temperature to make it to be recycling used. Normal media working temperature is 400-550℃, top working temperature could reach 600℃, 2 TPH diesel and furnace oil boiler.

Increase stoker availability of stoker, guarantee boiler safely running. ZOZEN biomass-fired fuel has another character, which is high volatility and low ash content. After combustion, there is almost no ash left on the stoker, so stoker should adopt proper high temperature resistance material to work under high temperature radiation.

In ZOZEN’s blanking workshop, all steel plates, steel pipes and other parts are given unique electronic codes throughout the whole production, equipment and service links. This information-based logistics mode not only shortens the distance between production and logistics supply, but also lays a good foundation for future expansion of production lines and application of new technologies, so as to improve the entire upstream and downstream production efficiency and economic benefits.

In the rubber industry, steam boilers are widely used in the processes of rubber calendering, vulcanizing and drying. PT.Industri Karet Deli is a large rubber enterprise in Indonesia, it planned to upgrade production equipment to improve their core competence. The company contacted ZOZEN and signed the purchase contract of SZL 20 tph SZL series coal-fired boiler. This series of water tube boilers adopts unique grate bars and appropriate air registers to ensure the stable running of boilers and improve the thermal efficiency.

In order to attack the COVID-19, ZOZEN Boiler gave priority to medical materials manufacturing enterprises and other units on product supply. ZOZEN had completed the delivery of boiler proper and auxiliary machinery of WNS oil-fired steam boiler in two batches on March 18 and April 2. ZOZEN would work together with Ansell to make contributions to fighting against the COVID-19, 2 TPH diesel and furnace oil boiler.
