The company decided to import multiple sets of hot water boilers from China under the "Belt and Road" policy. Relying on excellent product quality and good market reputation, ZOZEN successfully seized this opportunity and reached a cooperation agreement with the company, 5 ton industrial gas fired boiler.

All equipment (includes boiler proper, economizer, burner, valves, instrument, electric control cabinet, chimney, water treatment, softened water tank, energy-saving circulating pump, raw water pump, deaerator, etc.) is designed to be installed on one or two prepared concrete bases. ZOZEN skid mounted boiler has all interconnecting piping completed and has passed the cold state test at the factory before delivery. After the boiler arrives at the site, it only needs to be connected to water, electricity and gas to operate.

ZOZEN boilers adopt the ultra-low nitrogen burner with flue gas recirculation method to realize low NOx emission. Adding flue gas to the combustion air to reduce the oxygen content in the combustion air and lower the flame temperature at the combustion center, so as to greatly reduce the generation of NOx. At the same time, superimposed use of world advanced technologies such as staged combustion of ultra-low nitrogen burner and internal flue gas circulation realizes the stable and low emission of NOx.

The waveform stove furnace is an important part of the WNS series of oil-fired/gas-fired boiler. This part is directly exposed to the radiation of high-temperature flame and erosion of high-temperature flue gas. The use of the axial expansion and contraction of waveform stove furnace can reduce the thermal stress generated by the shell, tube plate and furnace itself, and more importantly, reduce the stress concentration caused by the elongation of furnace at the connection between furnace and tube plate. At the same time, the waveform stove furnace strengthens the flue gas disturbance, effectively improves the heat transfer effect of unit area and volume, and further improves the thermal efficiency of boiler.

The textile industry is a great energy consumer. As an important heat source equipment on the production line of textile enterprises, the steam boiler system can directly affect the textile quality and economic benefits of enterprises. ZOZEN had completed the delivery of boiler proper and auxiliary machinery of WNS oil-fired steam boiler in two batches on March 18 and April 2.
