On October 15, the SZL series steam boiler project which was the first cooperation between ZOZEN Boiler and Afghanistan Baheer Group officially started to supply steam. After 24 hours of test run of the boiler, ZOZEN steam boiler burned normally, the grate ran smoothly, and the alarm devices, pressure valves and other components were also working normally. From then on, ZOZEN steam boiler would become an important member of the company’s paper production line to provide the stable and efficient steam support.

The SZS series gas-fired hot water boiler adopts the forced circulation in the high-temperature zone in the boiler proper to ensure that the heating surface of each part can be reliably cooled without vaporization and also ensure the safe and stable boiler operation. The use of clean energy natural gas, combined with a large furnace space and an advanced low-NOx burner, can ensure the sufficient fuel combustion and make the NOx emission in the boiler exhaust gas less than 30mg/m3 to reduce the environmental pollution.

The furnace of ZOZEN’s SZL series coal-fired boiler adopts a closely arranged water-cooled wall tube structure, which effectively prevents the erosion and radiation of high-temperature flue gas for the furnace. The furnace has large radiation area, small maintenance workload and light overall weight. In order to improve the coal applicability of industrial boilers, ZOZEN Boiler designs adiabatic furnace, water-cooled furnace, adiabatic arch, water-cooled arch, etc., and chooses different furnace structures according to calorific value, volatile content and coking characteristic index of coal provided by customers, new industrial steam boiler.

This is a membrane wall production line of ZOZEN Boiler. All the membrane walls inside the boiler are produced from here. The steel pipes pass through the polishing equipment and are reduced to the original metal color. Then they will enter the large-scale automatic welding station together with the flat steels that are cut beforehand. This welding station is as high as 4.6 meters with a covering area of 32 square meters. It is equipped with 16 welding guns which can complete the welding of 4 groups of membrane walls at the same time. The welding speed and precision are at the leading level in the industry. Finally, the welded membrane walls are made into various shapes by the pipe arrangement machine.
