The DZL series biomass-fired horizontal three-pass water-fire tube chain grate boiler is pre-assembled boiler with a capacity of 2-20 tph (hot water boiler: 1.4-14MW) and a thermal efficiency of over 88%. By extending the furnace arch, increasing the furnace height and adjusting the width and length of grate, ZOZEN takes the lead in solving the problems that easily occur in biomass-fired boilers such as furnace arch collapse, furnace door burnout, hopper tempering and tube wall coking. It has the characteristics of wide fuel adaptability, small covering area, convenient installation and high thermal efficiency, biomas boilers.

Designed to wrap the whole furnace body for heat preservation. There are no heat transfer supports between the furnace body and the outside surface. The appearance is mirror polished stainless steel with a protective coating. After the boiler is installed, remove the coating and show the mirror polished stainless steel appearance. Advantages: a good-looking appearance, low temperature of surface, low heat dissipation.

The grate bracket of ZOZEN chain grate boilers adopts double-layer bracket. The upper layer uses light rail while the lower layer uses channel steel. The upper layer is heated while the lower layer is stressed. This has changed the traditional grate bracket structure which uses angle steel and friction bars and can avoid deformation. The active grate runs on the light rail. The 72-hour cold test run is carried out on the grate before the grate leaves the factory to ensure the smooth operation of the grate without deviation or jamming.
