ZOZEN 40-Ton Steam Boiler Heat Energy Replacement Project

In order to implement the dual-carbon goal and to realize the replacement of heat energy by clean energy instead of traditional coal energy, the 40-ton SZS series gas steam boiler project of ZOZEN Boiler was successfully operated.

The customer is a national high-tech enterprise mainly engaged in the research, development, production and sales of fine chemical products and new polymer materials. Its core products are used in important fields such as national defense and military industry, aerospace, electronic information and so on.

In the process of upgrading the project, customers' demand for heat energy gradually expanded. This time, the customer cooperated with ZOZEN Boiler to purchase a set of 40-ton gas-fired steam boiler system.

To ensure the overall progress, the construction period of the whole project was very short. From production, shipment, installation to commissioning, ZOZEN Boiler only took more than two months, and the first ignition was successfully completed on January 28th. ZOZEN Boiler overcame the influence of COVID-19 pandemic and the tough outside working situation in the cold winter, and finished the preparation of the boiler operation.
