ZOZEN Boiler provides the YQW series horizontal thermal oil heater for the customer according to the technical communication. The thermal oil heater not only supplies high-temperature heat at a low pressure, but also has high thermal inertia, which ensures the average temperature during the whole heating process and improves the production quality of adhesive tape.

The customer puts strict requirements on the energy utilization and environmental protection emissions. ZOZEN thermal oil heater adopts the natural gas as the fuel. With advanced combustion technology and efficient burner, the boiler can realize low-NOx emissions.

The high thermal efficiency helps the customer to reduce the product cost. The large furnace of ZOZEN thermal oil heater is designed with the structure of several heating areas. The design improves the thermal efficiency up to 95%, which greatly raises the energy utilization rate, and reduces the carbon emission. In order to reduce the heat dissipation of the furnace, ZOZEN Boiler also designs refractory insulation structures with different thicknesses according to different temperature areas, so that the external temperature is superior to the GB standard.
