ZOZEN Boiler Successfully Passed ASME Certificate Renewal Review

As an industrial boiler manufacturer with a global development strategy, ZOZEN Boiler welcomed the Joint Inspection Team of American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) on July 5 - 6, held a joint inspection review meeting for ASME certificate renewal, and conducted a two-day on-site review on the renewal of ASME "S"(power boilers) and "U"(pressure vessels) certificates of ZOZEN Boiler.

ZOZEN Boiler passed the fifth ASME Certificate Renewal Review

This joint inspection is the fifth certificate renewal review since ZOZEN Boiler first obtained ASME certificate in 2007. The joint inspection experts appointed by ASME headquarters reviewed the ASME quality control documents, product design, materials, processes, welding, nondestructive inspection, equipment measurement, quality inspection and other relevant materials of ZOZEN Boiler according to the specifications, and focused on the field welding and inspection demonstration of ASME demonstration products.

After detailed review, the experts spoke highly of the operation of ASME system of ZOZEN Boiler, the specification of products and the ability of designers and welding operators, and unanimously believed that our company could establish a perfect quality assurance system in accordance with ASME code and effectively operate in the manufacturing process of demonstration products. Therefore, it was decided to send a letter to ASME Headquarters in the United States, recommending ZOZEN Boiler to obtain ASME "S" and "U" design and manufacturing license and steel seal.
