In 2020, ZOZEN Boiler will start the lean plant construction plan to further realize efficient production. Based on the successful application of information system, ZOZEN Boiler has built a digital lean factory in close combination with lean management thinking, and implemented "operation standardization and workflow" into every process of production and operation. Until today, ZOZEN lean factory has begun to take effect, basically realizing the goal of reducing inventory, short cycle and high quality.
