ZOZEN Boilers Zero Fault For 15 Years in PMPGC

In this hot summer, ZOZEN provided the 11^th boiler for Pacific Millennium Packaging Group Corporation (PMPGC) successfully. PMPGC is an industry-leading paper packaging manufacturer with more than ten production bases in China. The cooperation between PMPGC and ZOZEN Boiler has continued for 15 years.

15-year cooperation is based on the zero fault of the boiler

The first cooperation between PMPGC and ZOZEN can be traced back to 2007, PMPGC purchased a set of ZOZEN SZL series coal-fired steam boiler for its Nanjing production base. Since then, with the continuous development of e-commerce, the market demand for packaging cardboard has greatly increased, and PMPGC production bases were established all over the country. PMPGC successively purchased 10 sets of WNS series gas-fired steam boilers from ZOZEN.

During the 15-year cooperation, each ZOZEN’s boiler has been running stably, and there has never been any failure that affects daily production. This is due to the strict control of product quality by ZOZEN and the fully automatic control system equipped with the boiler. Through the fully automatic control system, the combustion, water level, temperature and pressure of ZOZEN gas-fired steam boilers can be automatically adjusted and controlled, and remote monitoring and synchronous alarming on the cloud platform can be realized.

The ultra-low nitrogen emissions of ZOZEN boilers

The 10 factories of PMPGC use the gas-fired steam boilers with ultra-low nitrogen emissions. ZOZEN WNS series condensing gas-fired boilers adopts advanced low-nitrogen burners, combined with the boiler's large furnace design and condensers, NOx emissions are as low as 30mg/Nm³.
