ZOZEN Boiler builds the gas boiler in the project successfully

Boiler room is an important auxiliary project in the whole construction. The introduced ZOZEN gas-fired boiler mainly provides sufficient steam for deep processing such as dehydration and peeling, blanching and cooking of potato processing. In winter, the project adopts the circulating heating of steam aftertemperature in the plant area.

At present, the boiler room of the customer is under construction. As of May 30th, the boiler body, economizer, cylinder and other large pieces of equipment were hoisted and installed in place and in time after the boiler room frame was built. The burner, water treatment system and pipeline system will be soon installed.

The radiation heating surface around the boiler furnace adopts narrow-spacing tube membrane water wall, which has good air tightness and reduces heat loss; the membrane wall structure also improves the service life of the front and rear walls. At the same time, the alternative choice for the energy-saving condenser can improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler to over 98%.
