ZOZEN gas-fired boilers support stable heating in Tianying Industrial Park

Tianying Industrial Park of Jieshou High-tech Zone is a national demonstration base of non-ferrous metal recycling in China. In order to build a healthy secondary lead green circulation industrial park, this time, Tianying Industrial Park joined hands with ZOZEN Boiler to reach cooperation on stable heating.

Since 2016, the country has implemented the conversion of coal to gas in an all-round way. All enterprises in the Tianying Industrial Park adopted self-provided gas-fired boilers for heating, which led to high costs and unstable energy consumption, seriously affecting industrial development. Also, the unrecycled exhausted steam in the park resulted in serious waste of resources.

Aiming at this problem, Tianying Industrial Park finally chose ZOZEN Boiler as the equipment supplier through strength comparison and past cooperation experience.

ZOZEN WNS series gas-fired boilers support the heating in the park

ZOZEN WNS series gas-fired boiler for this project is a hot product, with high-efficiency heat transfer element threaded smoke tube, managing to achieve a thermal efficiency up to 98%. In addition, the the corrugated furnace with large volume ensures sufficient steam storage room and heating area, which makes the boiler to generate high-quality steam efficiently. At the same time, in accordance with the concept of environmental protection, the boiler also applies low-NOx combustion system to ensure that the emission concentration of NOx is less than 30mg/Nm³, which meets the emission standard.

According to the project research, the gas-fired boilers used by Tianneng Co., Ltd., a key energy-consuming enterprise in the park, has a gas consumption of about 90m³ per ton of steam, and the actual thermal efficiency is 84%. In contrast, the thermal efficiency of ZOZEN gas-fired boiler is 10% higher, which meets the demand of safety, stability, economy and environmental protection, and continuously create values for customers 24 hours per day for 330 days in the whole year.
