Zhejiang Zhongxin New Building Materials Co., Ltd., founded in 2009, is a national high-tech enterprise whose business covers the R&D and sales of building materials, manufacturing of ready-mixed mortars, thermal and sound insulation materials, development, application and promotion of new materials and processes. In 2020, Zhongxin Group increased the investment in the technological transformation project and launched an expansion project with an annual output of 550,000 cubic meters of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks.

Industrial boilers can provide the high-temperature, high-humidity and airtight environment for the autoclaved curing of aerated concrete blocks, which is essential to ensure the qualified rate of finished products. In 2018, Zhongxin New Building Materials and ZOZEN Boiler reached a happy cooperation on the WNS series gas-fired steam boiler. Generally, the suitable temperature for the autoclaved curing of aerated concrete blocks is above 175℃. Industrial boilers can provide heat energy for heat consuming equipment such as still kettle, pre-curing kiln and so on. According to the characteristics of the aerated concrete industry, the outlet parameters of the steam boiler usually are 1.6MPa (saturated steam) and 194℃ (temperature), which can meet the actual demands of all processes.

After clarifying the actual demands of the production line of Zhongxin New Building Materials, ZOZEN Boiler provided a complete boiler system designing scheme to ensure the normal operation of the production line. Due to the large amount of condensate water recovery in the production of aerated concrete blocks, ZOZEN technicians adopt the design of air preheater + economizer, apply the spiral finned tubes at the tail of the gas-fired boiler and recycle the high-temperature flue gas to increase the boiler inlet water temperature and lower the exhaust gas temperature, so as to help the enterprise realize the expected goal of reducing costs and improving efficiency.
