Polycrystalline rock sugar is processed by ten processes, such as sugar melting, filtration, concentration, crystal growing, syrup leaching and sugar baking. Steam heating is a necessary production condition. As the production of rock sugar is sensitive to temperature, too high or too low temperature will affect the fineness and crystallization rate of the finished product. Therefore, ZOZEN Boiler recommended the WNS series condensing gas steam boiler, which adopts an automatic intelligent operation system and can reasonably control the fluctuation range of steam temperature.

In terms of energy consumption, compared with ordinary gas boilers, ZOZEN condensing gas boilers have higher thermal efficiency. An economizer and condenser are installed in the boiler system to improve the inlet water temperature of the boiler by using the waste heat of flue gas. This design not only reduces the heat loss of exhaust gas, but also requires less natural gas to produce the same steam, and the thermal efficiency of the boiler is over 98%, the operating cost of the boiler is further controlled.
