Regarding coal-fired boilers, ZOZEN adopts dense drainage water wall tubes, which solves the problem that the temperature of the outer surface of the furnace wall is generally higher than the national standard due to the radiation of high temperature flue gas in the furnace wall, which reduces the heat loss and improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler. Meanwhile, the combustion air system (base) adopts independent compartment and scientific sealing structure; reasonable air conditioning device achieves the goal of accurate air distribution and combustion efficiency improvement.

Regarding biomass-fired boilers, ZOZEN optimizes the feeding hopper, the width and length of the grate, the rotary speed of gearbox, 1st and 2nd air ratio and the position and direction of the 2nd air outlet. Regarding thermal fluid heaters, the surrounding, front and back (or up and down) door covers of ZOZEN thermal fluid heater body are designed with different thickness of refractory insulation structure according to different temperature areas, which reduce heat dissipation, so that the surface temperature is better than GB standard requirements. At the same time, according to the actual situation, the heater tail is equipped with the waste heat boiler, economizer, air preheater, steam generator, etc., to reduce the exhaust gas temperature to 90 degrees, and effectively improve the thermal efficiency.
