Shanxi Province will carry out a special rectification on the Coal-to-Gas project in rural areas during May 1 to June 15 to strengthen the management of the project safety and operation safety. This time, ZOZEN reached cooperation with Shanxi Xing County Wenxin Thermal Power Co., Ltd., which promoted the Coal-to-Gas transformation in rural areas.

It is reported that in 2019, Shanxi Province promoted the expansion of clean heating from urban areas to rural areas and strived to increase the coverage of clean heating in rural areas to more than 40%. For this purpose, cities and counties improved the standard of clean heating according to the environmental protection requirements. In order to win the Blue Sky Protection Campaign, Xing County, a county of Shanxi Province, actively implemented the clean heating project. At present, Xing County has realized full coverage of clean heating. A Coal-to-Gas heating project for rural areas was also proceeded simultaneously. The project covered an area of 11,797m² and a total construction area of ​​4,479m², which could provide heating for an area of 1.32million m². Shanxi Xing County Wenxin Thermal Power Co., Ltd. conducted a public bidding for this project.

After a fierce competition, ZOZEN successfully won the bidding and provided 16 sets of WNS series gas-fired hot water boilers of 8 heating stations for this project. And, 4 sets of gas-fired boilers had been put into operation in 2019, which provided clean heating for rural areas.
