ZOZEN successfully offered a tailored solution for Nishat Chunian Group in Pakistan

Established in 1990, Nishat Chunian Group consists of four companies, they are Nishat Chunian Limited, Nishat Chunian Power Limited, Nishat Chunian USA Inc. and Nishat Chunian Electric Corporation Ltd. Among them, Nishat Chunian Limited is a vertically integrated textile enterprise in Pakistan with a yearly spinning production of 75,000 tons of yarn, 3 million metres of greige fabric in weaving and 4 million metres of finished fabric, the output has reached the industry-leading level.
The textile industry in Pakistan is suffering a bottleneck due to high operating cost, low product competitiveness and weak performance of the international market. To enhance the core competitiveness and secure their position in the international market, Nishat Chunian Limited (NCL) planned to innovate the technical equipment. A steam boiler provides steam support for the production processes of shaping, ironing and drying, which is the heart device in the production line of NCL. Therefore, NCL needed not only a high-quality boiler but also an appropriate boiler system to ensure the stable running of the production line for a long time.
NCL was attracted by the company strength of ZOZEN and invited the manager of ZOZEN for a technical exchange. The manager carefully considered the boiler safety factor, actual demand for steam, control mode and customized a boiler solution to meet the actual demands of NCL.
Considering the technological conditions of NCL, the manager of ZOZEN recommended the SZL 20 tph coal-fired steam boiler. This series of steam boiler adopts chain grate combustion cooperating with scientific furnace arch, has wide adaptability of coal types. In addition, the boiler has been set up different numbers of separate wind barns according to the different capacities of boilers, so that the air distribution can be adjusted on each combustion phase to ensure the full combustion of fuel.

What's more, to save customer's money and time to the most extent, ZOZEN also tailored the feeding system, slagging system and recovery system of residual heat for the company.
