Lenzing Group, established in 1938, is a large multinational enterprise in Austria, which produces all kinds of fiber products. They have set up seven fiber plants in the United States, Britain, China, the Czech Republic and other countries. Lenzing (Nanjing) Fibers Co., Ltd. is a production base invested by Lenzing Group in China. The delegation of Lenzing (Nanjing) Fibers said that the purpose of the visit is to order several gas-fired boilers to meet the demand of distributed energy system construction.

ZOZEN’s vice general manager Mr. Lu Xing welcomes the delegation of Lenzing (Nanjing) Fibers and conducts in-depth exchanges with them. After knowing their actual demand, Mr. Lu Xing has recommended gas-fired water tube boilers for them. These kinds of gas-fired boilers adopt whole membrane wall structure with D-type arrangement for better sealing and sufficient combustion. The thermal efficiency can reach above 98%. Furthermore, the structural design focuses on details to prolong the boilers’ service life. The sealing of both sides of membrane wall and drums adopt comb plate. Meanwhile, the boiler features a drainage system of condensation water in convection zone. The ultra-low NOx burner is used for low emissions.

In order to make the delegation feel more confident in the quality of ZOZEN’s products, Mr. Lu Xing also takes them around ZOZEN’s every production workshop. The delegation was really impressed by ZOZEN’s advanced technology and automated production lines. They have ordered 3 sets of 50 tph gas-fired water tube boilers at once and reached a long-term cooperation with ZOZEN.
