Boiler steam pressure control refers to maintaining the steam pressure of boiler drum by adjusting the fuel control system. Its basic task is to adapt the heat provided by fuel combustion to the steam load of boiler drum. Make-up water rate refers to the proportion of treated water added to the boilers, steam turbine equipment and its thermal systems and participating in the circulation of steam-water systems in the boiler steam volume in the calculation period.
Removal of metallic scale and corrosion products generally requires chemical cleaning. Acid or chelant cleaning procedures vary greatly depending on individual circumstances. Chemical cleaning can improve the boiler heat rate and reduce the number of tube failures. It typically improves the stability of boiler chemistry.
Ensure that the vent valve on the boiler is open and check there is no pressure in the boiler. Check that the steam stop valve is closed. Check that all the valves for fuel are open, and let the fuel circulate through the system until it comes to the temperature required by the manufacturer recommendation.
