Elementis Specialties Anji Ltd was founded in 2008 and is a foreign-funded enterprise under Elementis Group, a London-listed company. The company mainly produces organobentonite products. The products are mainly used as thickening and anti-settling additives for paints and inks.
In order to meet the increasing demand for heat and steam in the workshop, Elementis purchased a set of WNS series steam boiler system with high quality from ZOZEN Boiler.

ZOZEN Boiler provides the SZS series gas-fired steam boilers, its capacity ranging from 20 tons/hr to 110 tons/hr. The boiler is favored by many chemical enterprises because of its high safety, reasonable design structure and outstanding thermal efficiency.
MMC IMPEX CHEMICAL PVT LTD is a local enterprise specializing in soap manufacturing and processing in Pakistan. This is the first time to cooperate with ZOZEN Boiler. MMC first learned about ZOZEN Boiler through online information, and finally chose ZOZEN Boiler as its boiler supplier by comparison.
Boilers in hotels are mainly used in heating, hot water supply and steam supply for kitchen and laundry room. Steam boiler has great influence in the hotel brand and operation. In addition, for hotels, all kinds of energy consumption, including boiler equipment, will be generated every day. When the hotel purchases steam boiler, it puts forward higher requirements for the boiler's performance and energy saving and emission reduction effects.
Yili Group, the largest dairy company in China, invested in a Green Production and Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration and Application Project in Wuwei, Gansu Province. The total investment of the project is about 2.1 billion yuan (about 327 million dollars). Ten production lines have been built in the first phase. After completion, the production base will have a liquid milk production capacity of 603 tons/day (with an annual output of 180,900 tons), with an annual output value exceeding 1 billion yuan (156 million dollars). The steam boiler purchased in this project is mainly to meet the demand of production heat and heat supply in winter.
Nobel NC Co., Ltd. mainly produces high-quality industrial nitrocellulose, which is an important resin for printing ink and coating production in the world. This time, Nobel NC joined hands with ZOZEN Boiler to add steam boilers in the newly-built boiler room, to meet the requirements of large-scale and sustainable industrial nitrocellulose production.
High-temperature steam plays a key role in the taste and purity of wiune in the brewing process. Therefore, the customer needs a steam boiler that can output sufficient and stable steam with the temperature control system.
The customer project is located in Hainan Province with a total investment of 28 million US dollars in the first phase. After the project is completed, the biomass resources of Yangpu and surrounding cities and counties will be fully used to realize the resource utilization of renewable energy, and the heating steam will be provided for the enterprises in and around the development zone to meet the production needs of relevant enterprises. As the gas-fired boiler supplier of this project, ZOZEN boiler provided a set of gas-fired superheated steam condensing boiler with capacity of 50 tph.
