The exhaust gas heat loss of coal-fired boiler is caused by the flue gas removed by final stage heat exchanger. The flue gas will take away a part of heat, mainly including the heat taken away by dry flue gas and the sensible heat with water vapor in the flue gas. What’s more, if the combustible gas in the coal-fired boiler is not completely burned, there will be heat loss as well. Therefore, this kind of heat loss mainly depends on the content of incomplete combustion products in the exhaust smoke.
There are many skill indicators involved in the operation of oil-fired boiler, some of which are variables. We must master the relationship between variables and working effect of oil-fired boiler to realize better regulation.
1. During the start-up process of the burner, if the burner repeatedly alarms and locks, it should be found out the reason, find the fault and eliminate it, and then press the reset button to inherit the start. Note: The continuous press of the reset button should not exceed 10 seconds
2. If the burner is not successful in one combustion, the natural gas boiler induced draft fan should be restarted, and the second combustion can be started after 5 minutes of ventilation.
3. In the normal operation era, the burner close to the thermal equipment department (such as the connecting flange, etc.) will be very hot, to prevent the formation of burns. Do not place flammable materials in the vicinity to avoid causing fire.

A water level sensor fail on a steam boiler is extremely dangerous. The low water cut of should be tested daily. If the sensor fails the boiler could turn all the water into steam, leaving the boiler dry. Without water in the boiler the flame from the burner would heat up the heating surface to extreme temperatures and would crack and damage the inside of the boiler. But that’s not the dangerous part. If water added to boiler while it is extremely hot. Once water touches the extremely hot heating service, water would immediately start to evaporate into steam. When water evaporates it expands 18x it’s original size. The boiler would explode from the sudden increase in pressure from the inside. Some in some cases, boilers that have exploded out of a building and have landed 100s of feet away.

The coal-fired steam boiler is a forced circulation high-pressure single-tube DC boiler. Its operation process includes three processes: the combustion process of the fuel, the heat transfer process of flue gas to water and the vaporization process after water absorbs heat. In order to better control these different processes, the control system should make
the heat of pulverized coal combustion adapt to the requirements of steam load changes and dryness.
If the final temperature of feed water doesn’t reach the saturated temperature after being heated by an economizer, (that is, the feed water has not reached the boiling state), we call the economizer as a nonsteaming economizer. Generally, the final temperature is 30-50℃ lower than the saturated temperature.
1. If there is air in the pump or suction pipe, the air should be discharged.
2. If the depth of the bottom valve immersed in the water is not deep enough, the depth should be increased.
3. If the rotational speed is too slow or the conveyor belt is too loose, the rotational speed should be adjusted and the conveyor belt should be tightened.
4. If the impeller, suction pipe and bottom valve are blocked by dirt, you should check the pump body and clean the dirt.
5. If the height of water conveyance exceeds the regulations too much, the pump head should be adjusted to the specified range.
