Recently, the ZOZEN gas-fired boiler for Nanjing King Long Bus Manufacturing Co., Ltd., an electric vehicle leader, has been put into operation smoothly and has become the important heat source for the new energy vehicle production line.
At 9 am on December 8th, Pioneer 298 gas-fired boiler of Harbin Hatou Investment Co., Ltd. was successfully test-ignited, and had been put into production. From the contract signing in August this year to the manufacture, installation and commissioning of the boiler, Wuxi ZOZEN Boiler Co., Ltd. and Hatou Group have worked together to ensure the successful commissioning of the SZS series of low NOx gas-fired hot water boilers.
Recently, ZOZEN cooperated with Baixiang Food Group to promote the transformation and development of the enterprise. Baixiang Food Group is mainly engaged in the development and production of instant food. Nanjing Baixiang Food Co., Ltd. is the production base of Baixiang Food Group in East China. It has 14 domestic advanced automated bagged and barreled instant noodle production lines.
In the first half of this year, ZOZEN successfully established a cooperative relationship with AOAO《NAVOIYAZOT》, a large Uzbekistan chemical company, on the gas-fired boiler project.
Since the signning of the project contract, three sets of SZS series gas-fired steam boilers have been delivered in batches within the agreed time through the large-scale, professional, and automated production and manufacturing processes o and various quality inspection procedures of ZOZEN. Meanwhile, ZOZEN professional technicians had arrived at the project site at the first time to provide technical guidance for the boiler installation.
Recently, the expert group from the National Industrial Boiler Quality Inspection Center visited Zhongzheng Boiler, and the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on issues such as the future development trend of the industrial boiler industry. Led by Mr. Zhang Guoping, General Manager of ZOZEN, they visited the modern production base of ZOZEN.
In mid-October, the Service Center of ZOZEN received a call from the customer and reported that the NOx emission from the gas-fired boiler exceeded the standard. This customer is a renowned enterprise in the beverage industry. Its subsidiaries all introduced ZOZEN low NOx steam boilers. The burner of ZOZEN low NOx boiler adopts air partition, fuel partition and flue gas recirculation technologies to achieve low NOx combustion, reduce the combustion temperature in the central flame area while achieving the requirement of NOx emission below 30mg/m3. This should not happen in theory. In this regard, ZOZEN immediately sent professional technicians to the boiler room to check.
China is a big coal-burning country and this situation will continue for a long time. The efficient and clean utilization of coal is very urgent, and the related boiler industry has the responsibility. The ZOZEN circulating fluidized bed boilers provide an effective solution to this problem.
On October 11, the National Energy Commission Conference stated that based on China's coal-based energy resources, coal safe green mining and clean & efficient development of coal power, effective development and utilization of coalbed methane will remain the main theme of future development. The concept of clean coal combustion means that the boiler industry is about to usher in another major change, and low-emission environmentally-friendly coal-fired boilers will regain attention.
