ZOZEN attaches importance to quality inspection to ensure boiler safety

Recently, the expert group from the National industrial boiler Quality Inspection Center visited ZOZEN, and the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on issues such as the future development trend of the industrial boiler industry. Led by Mr. Zhang Guoping, General Manager of ZOZEN, they visited the modern production base of ZOZEN.

In recent years, ZOZEN eliminated the traditional manual welding operations with low efficiency and poor stability, and introduced a large number of imported automatic welding equipment to realize the automation of welding of all major components from drums, membrane walls, serpentine pipes to steel frames. Automatic welding improves both the welding efficiency and the welding quality, and greatly reduces the influence of human factors on the quality of the welding.

Non-destructive inspection ensures that each welding line meets the standards. X-ray radiographic inspection can effectively and accurately detect defects such as material cracks, shrinkage holes, pores, slag inclusions, incomplete fusion, etc., and fundamentally avoid the hidden dangers of boiler quality.

The boiler hydrostatic test is a test to inspect the strength and tightness of boiler equipment in the cold state. Inspection of welds, flange joints, and tube bulged finishes with pressure water to ensure that all pressured components of the boiler are tight without leakage, so as to achieve safe operation after the boiler is put into production. Practice has proved that boiler defects found through hydrostatic test can eliminate potential safety hazards after corresponding measures are taken in time. Therefore, boiler hydrostatic test is also an important step and means to ensure the safe operation of boilers.

Currently, ZOZEN has established a rigorous quality management system. Radiographic inspection and hydrostatic test are only two steps in the quality inspection system of ZOZEN. inspection equipment such as rockwell hardness tester, metallographic microscope and shock testing machine ensure the safety and quality of each ZOZEN boiler. Only after these rigorous inspection steps, ZOZEN boilers can complete the final assembly and be sent to all over the world.
