According to the power of water or steam circulation, boilers can be divided into natural circulation boilers, forced circulation boilers, once-through boilers and combined circulation boilers.
The steam boiler in the packaging plant is mainly used in the heating process before the raw paper is made into cardboard. In brief, it is using steam which contains no water in the drying process to improve the production efficiency and product quality of packaging cartons. As a result, it has high requirements for the steam and steam boiler, such as temperature, water content, rated evaporation capacity per unit time, etc., which are important parameters in the boiler selection.

Without water in the boiler the flame from the burner would heat up the heating surface to extreme temperatures and would crack and damage the inside of the boiler. But that’s not the dangerous part. If water added to boiler while it is extremely hot. Once water touches the extremely hot heating service, water would immediately start to evaporate into steam. When water evaporates it expands 18x it’s original size. The boiler would explode from the sudden increase in pressure from the inside. There are many opinions on the best way to clean a steam boiler. One of the oldest ways is to dissolve a pound of tri-sodium phosphate (TSP) and a pound of caustic soda (lye) in water and pour it into the boiler. Let it cook for a few hours and then drain the boiler. If you can't buy TSP in your town, try a commercial soap called MEX. It works well and will not damage the rubber gaskets found in some boilers. However, before you clean any boiler, check the manufacturer's instructions for their recommendations.
1. If there is air in the pump or suction pipe, the air should be discharged.
2. If the depth of the bottom valve immersed in the water is not deep enough, the depth should be increased.
3. If the rotational speed is too slow or the conveyor belt is too loose, the rotational speed should be adjusted and the conveyor belt should be tightened.
4. If the impeller, suction pipe and bottom valve are blocked by dirt, you should check the pump body and clean the dirt.
5. If the height of water conveyance exceeds the regulations too much, the pump head should be adjusted to the specified range.
