Chemical Industry 12 Million Kcal Gas Thermal Oil Heater Project

I. Project Background:

Ruipu Energy Co., Ltd. was established in 2017, mainly engaged in R&D, production and sales of power and energy storage lithium-ion battery monomer and system applications.

The company has built a new intelligent manufacturing project of high-performance power and energy storage lithium-ion batteries and systems, and has planned 32 automatic production lines of batteries. After the project is completed, it can realize the annual production capacity of 40GWh power and energy storage lithium-ion batteries and systems. Ruipu Energy Co., Ltd. purchased several sets of ZOZEN YY(Q)W series gas-fired thermal oil heaters for the heating system of the project.

II. Solutions:

ZOZEN Boiler has learned that Ruipu Energy Company needs temperature control equipment that can meet the production requirements of lithium batteries. The heating surfaces of YY(Q)W series gas-fired thermal oil heater include three parts: the radiant heating surface of the furnace, the heating surface of the convection tube bundle, the combined heating surface of the economizer and the waste heat boiler. The sufficient heating surfaces meet the stable temperature output requirements.

Equipped with advanced control system, the boiler runs fully automatically, and the oil temperature and pressure can be precisely controlled by simply setting parameters, which is easy to use and has a high safety factor.
