For thermal oil heater, what shall be checked before degassing and dehydration?

Before degassing and dehydration, boiler parts must be checked, and detailed inspection items are as follows:

1.Burners work well, combustion is stable and combustion load change can be controlled freely.

2.Auxiliary such as FD fan, ID fan, oil system equipment and so on shall do cold test and run normally.

3.Lubricating oil shall be full filled in all bearing boxes and oil cups.

4.Inspection of safety accessories and protective equipment:

a) The needle valve or the stop valve in the pressure gauge liquid saving pipe bend of front end is fully opened and precision, range and dial of pressure gauge meet the requirements. If there is no pressure, pointer is back to zero.

b) The liquid discharging pipe of liquid level gauge is in the closed state and the liquid discharging pipe is connected with the oil storage tank.

c) Lower stop valve of safety valve has been opened.

d) The thermometer and the automatic recording instrument have been calibrated and qualified. The over-temperature and overpressure alarm automatic protection device has been put into use and no abnormal phenomenon is in the unction of electric control panel.
