What is the structure form of the WNS gas-fired boiler of ZOZEN?

WNS series gas/oil fired boiler body adopts single drum, vertical type and wet back type structure. The drum is fixed on the boiler body base by two ends fixation and movable supports to guarantee the overall longitudinal thermal expansion of boiler. Corrugated furnace constitutes boiler combustion chamber, smoke fire tube bundle is convection heating surface of boiler and the flue gas channels have two types: bi-backhaul and tri-backhaul.

Energy-saving equipment is equipped at the rear part of boiler according to different requirements and the common energy-saving equipment include economizer, condenser and air preheater.

Boiler system is composed of combustion system, steam water system, control system, etc.

WNS series gas/ oil fired boiler is equipped with relevant burner and fuel supply system according to applied fuel. In general, FD fan is adopted for micro positive pressure combustion and ID fan is added for balanced ventilation in special circumstances. The steam and water system should be composed of boiler body, rear heating surface (economizer, condenser and so on which are equipped according to actual situation of user), water treatment device, feedwater pump, steam distributor, etc. The control system is composed of site detecting element and boiler control cabinet.

Boiler could be installed heat recovery device like air preheater according to clients' request.
