What is the classification of burner for gas-fired or oil-fired boiler from the perspective of structure?
From the perspective of structure, there are two kinds of burner used by boiler that are split gun type burner and integrated gun type burner.
The split gun type burner consists of main engine, fan, oil pump group and control components with large volume and large output power. It usually adopts gas ignition system and does not have high requirements for fuel quality and environment.
On the contrary, the integrated gun type burner is characterized by small volume, small regulation ratio and low costs, but it also puts forward higher requirements on fuel quality and environment.

Mongolia's industrial sector has been expanding steadily. Demand for reliable heat supply is growing — particularly in food and beverage manufacturing and urban district heating. Coal is the dominant industrial fuel. The continental climate means heating systems run for long periods each year. At the same time, factories are raising their standards for steam quality, equipment uptime, and emissions compliance. These factors together make boiler selection a more demanding process than it us...07 Apr 2026 -
On the beverage and liquor production line, steam is never merely an auxiliary energy source. Whether for beverage heating, beer brewing, or the relevant processes in vodka production, the steam system runs through the entire production flow. For enterprises, the stable operation of the boiler directly affects the workshop rhythm, process connection, and daily management efficiency. Recently, the SHX series circulating fluidized bed boiler provided by ZOZEN Boiler for a Mongolian enterprise&mdas...31 Mar 2026 -
For many manufacturers with mature production experience in China, expanding capacity overseas or building a new factory abroad often starts with one key question: can the local infrastructure and energy supply support long-term operation? This is especially important in Africa. In many countries, raw materials such as timber are readily available, while conventional fuels like natural gas and diesel are often more expensive and less stable in supply. For plywood plants, this creates a practica...24 Mar 2026
